New Beginnings-by Matt
Here's the start of a beautiful friendship...
Well, I figured since my entire life revolves around computers now, I might as well start a blog to tell everyong about it.
Right now life is good. Della's 10 months and almost walking. Not crawling yet, but almost walking...strange indeed. She's got a couple of teeth coming in really well and her favorite book is Sneezles and Wheezles. She gets super excited when we pull that out to read to her. As sit here, she's banging her hand on a toy. It's pretty amazing to watch her learn. She's pulling herself up onto just about anything she can get her hands on. At this moment she's climbing up my knee to see what I'm doing. It's a great day to be a dad.

Brit is teaching, something she's extraordinary at. I'm so lucky to be married to her! Wonderful wife, wonderful mother. Need I say more? It's wonderful to hear her teach children not only to play cello but to be great people. She does so much for those around her without their even knowing.
Me...well right now I'm biting off about as much as I can chew. I'm taking two computer science courses from Weber State University. It's humbling to begin a degree again. This will be my second bachelor's degree. This time it should prove to be a little more marketable than linguistics and yet just as fun. I'm really enjoying learning things.
In terms of bringing home the bacon, I'm working at Discovery Research Group programming surveys for people to call you at night when you're just about to sit down to dinner...it's great! I enjoy what I'm doing and find that I'm learning while I work, which is something that's important to me.
Well, for a first post, that's pretty boring...well, I figure I'll have a lot of pictures to put in here when Brit's done teaching and I can grab the cord to plug in the camera. Until then!
